Originally just a simple worker bee pollinating plants and making honey, some kind of divine being bestowed upon her the ability to transform into a human girl for the purpose of protecting insects. She takes this role proudly and tries her best to protect her hive, human or not-- and along the way learning about human life and culture to better understand the world.
